Ordering, Delivery
and Returns


When placing an order, it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that all details conveyed in the order are correct & true. The Outdoor Fun Shop does not accept liability for products sent with errors made by the ordering party. Due to the nature of the products offered by The Outdoor Fun Shop, full payment must be received for all orders before any goods are dispatched.

Delivery and Handling Charges

We charge are flat rate Australia wide of $9.90 with an Express Option for $15.00.  FREE standard shipping Australia wide when you spend more than $70.00 in one transaction.  The Outdoor Fun Shop delivers world wide via Australia Post unless otherwise specified. All delivery and handling charges are payable by the purchaser and are additional to the listed price for each product on this web-site.  Should the delivery charges in anyway be unclear or not understood, you should contact us at info@outdoorfunshop.com.au with your query.  If you are based outside Australia, please email sales@outdoorfunshop.com.au for a delivery quote.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Delivery time frame generally 2-6 business days, or an express upgrade to can take approx 2 -3 business days.

Method of Delivery:

By default, all orders within Australia are sent via Regular Post, customers must advise if they require their products be; (A) insured (B) sent via Registered Post (C) sent via Express Post or otherwise. A revised quote for delivery will be issued if either A or B be nominated for delivery.  C can be nominated upon checkout.

By default, all orders outside Australia are sent via Economy Air Mail, customers must advise if they require their products be; (A) insured (B) sent via Registered Post (C) sent via Regular Air Mail or otherwise. A revised quote for delivery will be issued if either A,B or C be nominated for delivery.

We recommend that orders be dispatched with insurance & postal registration. Pick-ups are available by prior arrangement only.

Policy for Returning Items:

Products are non-returnable for refund or exchange unless there is a known manufacturing fault or defect. Customers are protected under existing consumer laws, and our high product standards from purchasing faulty goods and we will make all reasonable effort to repair, replace or otherwise make good if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Defective Items:

Defective products must be returned to The Outdoor Fun Shop within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the product originally purchased. For products that cannot be replaced due to unavailability, a full refund will be offered.

How to Return your product:

Contact The Outdoor Fun Shop at info@outdoorfunshop.com.au. A representative will evaluate your return request and record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). You will also be provided with address details of where to send your return. You should not send your item without an “RAN”

  1. Send your item to the return address provided with your RAN clearly displayed on the outside of the package & inside the return packaging. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be forwarded.


  • The return must be received by The Outdoor Fun Shop within (14) fourteen days of the RA Number being issued.
  • Replacement products will only be forwarded after the faulty item has been received by The Outdoor Fun Shop. All returns must have an RAN Number.
  • Products that are returned to The Outdoor Fun Shop without an RAN will be returned to sender.
  • The purchaser bears the cost of returning the item to the Outdoor Fun Shop, who may, in their discretion, reimburse the purchaser for that cost.

If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, please contact our customer representative at info@outdoorfunshop.com.au first to confirm if your return can be accepted.
